Terry Family Plumbing

"We had Terry Family Plumbing handle a full re-pipe for us and were very happy with the results. Later, when we decided to upgrade our countertops, we also wanted to replace our toilets and plumbing fixtures. Because we had such a good experience before, we didn’t hesitate to call again. Harrison came out first to disconnect everything and did a thorough inspection, explaining clearly what we needed for the project. He was very knowledgeable about all the plumbing work and answered all our questions. After the countertops were installed, Harrison and John returned to finish the job, making sure every detail was handled properly and that we were completely satisfied with the work. We highly recommend this team for any plumbing needs and truly appreciate their attention to detail and professionalism."

"I recently needed a new bathroom vanity faucet and plumbing upgrades, so I called Terry Family Plumbing. Earl helped me choose the perfect fixtures from several great options, making the whole process simple and stress-free. I even got to see the faucet and sink before installation to make sure I liked them. The installation was scheduled quickly, and the next day, Landon came out and did a fantastic job putting everything in. He even got help from Avery to adjust the mirror above the vanity so the faucet would fit just right. Both plumbers were friendly and did excellent work. I'm very happy with my new bathroom upgrades and will recommend this company to others!"

"We needed help fixing four small gas leaks in our home and also wanted to get our hot water heater replaced. I had called another plumber before, but they quoted a really high price for the work. When I reached out to this plumbing company in New Braunfels, Harrison spoke with me over the phone and gave a much more reasonable estimate for replacing the hot water heater and repairing the gas leaks. After coming out, Harrison completed the installation and repairs quickly and professionally. The final cost was even less than expected. He took time to explain everything he was doing and gave me tips on follow-up care and what to watch for. I am very impressed with their honesty and the quality of their plumbing work. I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a reliable plumber in New Braunfels."
