Faust Brewing Company

"All I can say is WOW! We just moved to the area and stumbled upon this place because it was a down the block from the convention center. My husband and I both ordered the Bratwurst Burger and it was DELICIOUS. The patty had a nice smoked flavor and the sauerkraut was very good (I don’t like sauerkraut) and mild. The fries had a good seasoning on them. The beers were good, a breeze was blowing and my daughter was super happy playing with the rocks. The service was great too. We will be back for sure! They have live bands during happy hour!"

"I came to this Brewing Company recently with my fiancé and his friends and had a really great time. I had never heard of this place before one of his buddies recommended it and we’re glad that he did. The outdoor seating is shaded and relaxed which was nice in this Texas heat. I tried their pilsner which was crisp and refreshing, and I also ordered the bratwurst burger that another reviewer had mentioned, and it was a great choice because it was hearty and flavorful. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the prices were pretty reasonable too, with most beers around $6 and the food in the $10 to $15 range, which felt fair for the quality. The only part I did not enjoy was the parking, since it was tough to find a spot when it was busy, but once I was settled inside I had a great experience."

"I love this place. The taproom is small and intimate and the beers are so good. I really enjoyed the people. They made me feel like a local as soon as I sat down. Every beer was very well made, on style, and delicious."
